Brief introduction of spray pump structure

The spray pump is mainly composed of crankcase, steel sleeve components, pump head components, etc. A safety valve is installed on one side of the discharge chamber of the pump head, and an overflow valve is installed on the other side. A vent hole is provided above the liquid inlet cavity cover to exhaust the air in the cavity; an antifreeze liquid discharge hole is provided under the liquid inlet cavity cover to drain the liquid in the liquid cavity. The pump head assembly is the hydraulic end of the pump. Three sets of suction valves are installed in the lower part of the pump head, and three sets of discharge valves are installed in the upper part. The glands at the ends of the three high-pressure chambers are equipped with vent holes, which are provided for exhausting the air in each chamber when the pump is turned on or during work. The high-pressure steel sleeve assembly, the plunger is sealed with three rectangular sealing rings.
